Kilele Technologies designs and builds custom systems, supplies enterprise hardware, and provides the consultancy that helps Kenyan organizations run on infrastructure they can actually trust.
Kilele Technologies started with a simple observation: too many organizations in Kenya were stuck between two bad options — generic off-the-shelf software that didn't fit how they actually worked, or expensive foreign consultancies with no understanding of the local context.
We set out to build the third option — a technology partner that understands Kenyan infrastructure, Kenyan institutions, and Kenyan businesses well enough to build systems that actually fit. From the ERP platform we built for SACCOs to the intranet system running at the University of Nairobi, our work is judged by whether it holds up in production, not by how it looks in a pitch deck.
Today, we work across four pillars — professional solutions, infrastructure services, custom-built systems, and hardware supply — plus Kilele Market, where organizations can source individual components directly. Whatever the entry point, the goal is the same: technology that works, supported by people who answer the phone when it doesn't.
We design systems for organizations that can't afford downtime — SACCOs, universities, and enterprises where a failure has real consequences.
No black-box progress reports. We work alongside your team with clear communication and realistic timelines, from first consultation through to long-term support.
We build for the realities of operating in Kenya — M-Pesa, local infrastructure constraints, and the specific needs of SACCOs, institutions, and growing businesses here.
